Clear Passivate
Also known as bright zinc plate or BZP. Our clear passivate conforms to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive.
Hexavalent Colour Passivate
Gives excellent corrosion protection with an iridescent gold finish.
Colour Passivate RoHS Compliant
Gives excellent corrosion protection and conforms to the "Restriction of Hazardous Substances" directive.
Black Passivate
Has a black, lustrous finish. Gives good corrosion and abrasion protection. We use a post-dip on our black passivated items to prevent discolouration over time and increase corrosion resistance.
Bright Tin
A cost effective way to increase conductivity for electrical and electronic applications. Because of its inert properties it is also used in the food industry.
Matt Silver
Our silver is totally matt and contains no chemical brighteners, giving optimal conductivity properties.
Post-Dip Sealant
Increases the corrosion resistant properties of the zinc coating. In salt spray tests items treated with this process have achieved over 1,000 hours to white rust.
Zinc Plating
Zinc is a cost-effective, 'sacrificial' coating, which means it gives itself up to protect the substrate.
